1. Who we are

ABCAutoParts ("we", "us") is a supplier directory that links to Alibaba.com. Contact: privacy@yourdomain.com.

2. What we collect

• Selections you make (car brand, model, year, part) — used only to show supplier results and, when you click a supplier link, logged anonymously for our statistics.
• Affiliate click logs — part, supplier and vehicle selected, plus a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of your IP address for rate limiting. We never store raw IP addresses.
• Analytics data — only if you accept cookies: page views and usage patterns via Google Analytics (IP anonymized).
• Admin accounts — hashed passwords for site administrators only.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

We process: (a) with your consent — analytics and advertising cookies; (b) under legitimate interest — security, rate limiting, and anonymous click statistics.

4. Third parties

• Alibaba.com — when you click a supplier link you leave our site; Alibaba's own privacy policy applies, and they receive your click as an affiliate referral.
• Google Analytics / Google Ads — loaded only after consent, with IP anonymization and Consent Mode v2.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer. California residents (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or share personal information; you may request disclosure or deletion by emailing us.

6. Data retention & security

Click logs are kept up to 24 months for statistics. Data is protected with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed credentials and prepared-statement database access.

7. Children

The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version.
